What is your packaging method?
A: Standard packaging includes:
Cartons with inner poly bags
Small boxes + carton
Custom packaging with your brand label is also available.
Do you have test report?
A: yes, we have test report for all items. We have cooperated company in your market, and we also can provide free sample to you,so that you can check our products by you eyes.
What materials do you use for your products?
A: We use low carbon steel (Q195, Q235, etc.), high carbon steel (#45, #55) , MS1022A. Different products use different raw materials.
Can you produce custom sizes or specifications?
A: Yes, we are a factory with our own production lines. We accept custom orders for diameter, length, head type, thread type (for screws), and mesh opening size. Just send us your drawing or specifications.
How do you control the hardness or strength of your screws and nails?
A: We strictly control the production process including wire drawing, heat treatment (quenching & tempering) , and hardness testing (HRC). For screws, we also perform torsion and tensile strength tests to ensure they meet standards such as DIN, ANSI, or ISO.
Are you manufacturer or trading company?
A: we are manufacturer and have our own factory, i will send photos and video to you, and if you come to China, welcome to our factory
How long have you been in this industry / business?
A: We have been in this industry for 21 years. Our team has extensive experience in production, quality control, and international trade.
Do you have any certificates?
A: Yes. Our products comply with international standards. We can provide certificates such as SGS, ISO 9001, etc., depending on the product and your target market.
Can you provide samples? Is it free?
A: Yes, samples are available. Transport costs are usually charged but will be refunded once we confirm the order.
What is your lead time / delivery time?
A: Usually 30 days after deposit confirmation. For urgent orders, we can discuss a faster schedule.
